Standard Big Bag
Big bags are the most cost-effective and ideal solution for transporting and storing dry bulk cargoes. They are produced from hose or plain woven polypropylene fabric. These bags, which are produced from laminated and non-laminated fabrics, are classified according to their safety factors.
Big bags are mainly used for transportation and storage of construction, fertilizer, cement, food, medicine, mining, chemical materials. They are manufactured in different production areas according to their intended use. Big bags to be used in products requiring hygiene are manufactured in Elsim’s HACCP certified clean room production facility.
All big bags are designed and produced in line with customer requests and needs.

Q-Bag
When Q-Bags are filled, they are formed by using intermediate panels on the inside of the body in order not to form a core and to preserve their cube shape. Intermediate panels not only allow the filled material to spread easily to all corners, but also ensure that the sack maintains its cube shape. Thanks to their cube shape, Q-bags take up less space during storage and provide a cost advantage of up to 30% compared to other big bags in transportation costs.

Zigzag Column
The columns are sewn to the body fabric with zigzag stitches and the ends are left open, which provides an easier handling with forklift.

Conductive Big Bag
Some dry bulk materials can generate static energy during filling and emptying causing an electrostatic discharge in the bag. In the meantime, flammable and explosive gases in the environment may cause an explosion if the bag does not have the necessary equipment and is not properly grounded.
In order to prevent this possible danger and to continue the filling and discharging processes without any problems, groundable conductor model Big Bags are used. In this type of Big Bags, conductivity is provided by carbon threads positioned at regular intervals in the warp and weft direction of the fabric. If the material to be filled is suitable for food, silver threads are used instead of carbon to ensure conductivity. The body of the Conductive Big Bags can be made of plain or hose woven fabric, laminated or unlaminated. Depending on the thickness of the material to be filled, dustproofing types can be used on the seams.
